They are initially firm to facilitate easier fitting and then gradually react with the wearers body heat to soften over time for maximum comfort. They have a textured surface that helps them stay in place with jaw movement over long periods. Fully tested and approved against EN 352-2 they can reduce noise levels by 36 dB.
