3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material 5410 helps to enhance the visibility in low-light and nighttime conditions. It's designed for safety garments requiring breathability, such as knit T-shirts, sweatshirts, or outerwear. The material shines white when illuminated, even if the wearer is at the roadside. It meets various global high-visibility standards such as ISO 20471, and exceeds by far the minimum reflections values required at the highest performance level, thus greatly improving the visibility of people. 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material 5410 consists of wide angle, high-precision glass lenses bonded to a heat activated adhesive. The transfer film bonds seamlessly with fabrics without the need for stitching to creating a smooth, snag-resistant design. The product is washable in a home wash process at 60°C (75 cycles as per ISO 6330-6N). Dry cleaning is also possible (30 cycles as per ISO 3175-2). The Diamond Mesh Trim is a revolutionary leap in performance and design, delivering compliant visibility with comfort, breathability and durability. It allows moisture to escape more freely than solid trim. The reflective material is created with a cut and spread technology which has eliminated the interstitial weeding waste reducing the amount of material needed to create a comfort trim. 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material 5410 is OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified and contains no skin-irritating substances. 3M pioneered the science of retroreflection in 1939.
